When you sign up, you will be on our ‘free forever’ plan. This allows you to manage the leave for 5 employees. You can use all the features and really get to know Leave Dates on this plan. If you are happy that it meets your needs then you can upgrade to the ‘standard’ plan and begin adding the rest of your team.

For your complete security, we have partnered with Stripe to provide credit and debit payment card processing. Stripe has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Payments can be taken monthly or yearly depending on your preference.

How does the free plan work?
The free plan gives you all the same great features as the paid edition, allowing you to gain a full hands-on experience of Leave Dates for free. If your team is small, then you can continue to use Leave Dates for free forever, but if your team is larger then you will need to upgrade to the paid plan to add the additional users.
Is my data safe?
All the data you store in the Leave Dates system is encrypted in transit (when moving around in the system) and at rest (when stored in our database). For your security, we do not store any credit card information and all payments are processed by a 3rd party called Stripe who have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Do I have to provide payment information up front?
Not at all. We will not ask you for any payment information until you request to upgrade to the paid plan. We want you to get comfortable with Leave Dates before committing to a purchase.
How do I pay for Leave Dates?
Leave Dates is a subscription service which you can choose to pay monthly or annually. Once subscribed, the card you provided will be billed automatically at the start of each subscription period. You will be emailed a VAT receipt, and all receipts are stored in the billing area to download later.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from almost any kind of credit or debit card.
What happens when I downgrade my account
If you downgrade from the paid plan to the free plan, then you will be requested to reduce your number of users to under the free plan limit. Until you have done this you will be unable to request or approve leave, however, you will still have access to the staff holiday planner to view data.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Our licenses are not contract-based. You may cancel your account any time you like and no further charges will be taken. No strings attached!
