We are now in October, and If your working year starts on the 1st January, you only have 25% of the year left to take your well-earned time off. If your year starts on the 1st April, you have 50% left to go, but it will be over in a flash.

The years are moving quickly, and as we approach Christmas (again), the remaining two-thirds of workplace employees realise that the time to take leave is running out. If you are managing a dedicated team who have a lot of time owing to them, it might be a good idea to give them a reminder that they need to book their leave as soon as possible. The longer they wait, the more leave admin you will have to deal with at once.
